In the heart of Manhattan, a new neighborhood is rising - Hudson Yards - the largest private development project in U.S. history. This massive development, often called “a new city within a City”, will change the landscape and skyline of New York City.

Hudson Yards’ first residential building, 15 Hudson Yards, designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with the Rockwell Group, offers 285 condos for sale with anticipated occupancy in 2019. 2 Bedroom apartments start from $3,875,000.
Residents of Fifteen Hudson Yards will enjoy the luxurious finishes and the variety of the top-line amenities. The state-of-the-art amenities are for the most part located between the 50th and 51st floors of the 88-story building.

VESSEL IS RISING TO COMPLETION
Hudson Yards development is much more than magnificent skyscrapers and luxury amenities. It is the next great New York City neighborhood.

The High Line is an elevated public park (30 feet above street level); it wraps around Hudson Yards and offers amazing views of the city and the Hudson River. One-third of the High Line is on Hudson Yards.

Scheduled to be open in spring 2019, The Shed will be Hudson Yard's cultural center and feature performances of global and local artists. A six-story performance and exhibition space will have a the capacity to house up to 3,000 people. It was designed by Diller Scofidio & Renfro together with the Rockwell Group. Located on the west side of Manhattan, The Shed will be adjacent to 15 Hudson Yards and be next to the Public Square and Gardens.
Commercial Space
The first tower, located at 10 Hudson Yards, was completed in 2016. This 52-story building is expected to be the office for 7 thousand employees. Last year the project welcomed its first tenants: Coach Inc., L'Oreal, Boston Consulting Group, VaynerMedia and other big brands.Located close to the Jacob Javits Convention Center, this state-of-the-art office space is promising to be a new business hub of the city.
