On the first floor there is a fully furnished and equipped, well-developed restaurant with an excellent kitchen, professional electrical appliances and utensils. The restaurant itself consists of two halls separated by sliding glass door. There is a bar and a storage room. All premises have good ventilation and air conditioning systems. During the summer season, guests can be welcomed outdoors, in a spacious and landscaped garden with a shed, garden furniture and a small waterfall.
On the first floor there is also a fitness, sauna, reception with a spacious lobby, laundry and ironing room.
The offer includes parking for about 9-10 cars opposite the property.
The house is a preferred place for relaxation in the region, because of the clean air, the tranquility, the good food and the excellent service.
