We are pleased to present to your attention a house with a yard and barbecue near the winter resort of Borovets. The village is located in a mountainous area, 80 km east of Sofia, 117 km from Plovdiv, 9 km from the ski resort Borovets, 22 km from Samokov, 16 km from Kostenets. In the garden there is a shed and an outbuilding on 2 floors.
The total built-up area of the house amounts to 342.7 sq.m., the plot is 1 220 sq.m. The distribution includes:
• First level: entrance hall, toilet, corridor, boiler room, 2 rooms, winery;
• Second level: entrance hall, corridor, bathroom with toilet, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room;
• Third level: mezzanine with seating area and terrace.
