5th RecExpo; Azerbaijan International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition which is organized by Elan Expo took place on 21-23 November 2019 at Baku Expo Center at Baku, Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan which is located in the western coasts of the Caspian Sea and has around 10 million populations is one of the most powerful countries of the Caspian region with its underground resources and the high purchasing power. Azerbaijan is the 25th biggest economy according to World Bank’s Doing Business Report 2019; it has around 42 billion US dollars at the end of 2018.
Azerbaijani investors are inclined to make investment abroad in recent years; such as UAE, EU, USA, Georgia, etc. Their valuable currency, passion for the luxury life and some internal taxation policies leads them to invest foreign countries.
