The project for a new residential complex Elisee Residence 116 is located in two properties with a total area of 2,351 square meters on Cherni Vrah Blvd. and Marin Goleminov St. and Rangel Valchanov St., Krastova Vada quarter. The future project envisages connected development between the properties, with three buildings forming a U-shaped development. They are planned with a ground floor and seven floors, as well as an attic level. The first stage, which is located in the eastern part of the complex, has 694 square meters of built-up area and 6,783 square meters of above-ground floor space. The following levels will contain apartments, with section A having 76 dwellings and section B - 31. The three underground levels have parking spaces and garages.
