My Properties
Every registered user in Domaza can organize and configure their ads. This is done in ‘My Domaza’ from the ‘My properties’ menu and submenu.
On the ‘My properties’ page, there is a table with the ads you have already saved. From this table you can easily sort all ads or change their individual Status. An ad can be Active or on Pause. Registered users who have the free package can enter up to 10 ads in their profile. Users with Advanced or Pro package can save unlimited number of ads. If you have entered numerous ads and need to find only a couple according to concrete criteria, you can easily filter the table containing all ads.
The table contains the following fields:
• # - number or ID of the property. To edit an ad click on its number. If you click directly on the sign, you will sort all ads by ID. If you enter a number and click on the Search button, all ads containing that number in their ID will be displayed.
• View - small icon picure of the property. Click on it to open the page of the ad in Domaza.
• Status – the ad can be Active or on Pause. You can change the status of an ad and decide whether or not it is displayed in Domaza. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Status. If you chose a status from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Ref. № - the reference number of the ad. This is a number you enter yourself, for easier handling of the ad, especially if you have a lot of ads. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Ref. №. If you enter a number and click on the Search button, all ads containing that number in their Ref. № will be displayed.
• Type of deal – the type of deal can be Sale, Sale of Titles, Rental, On day or Joint Venture. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Type of deal. If you chose the type of deal from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Plan – the published ad can be without a plan or can have Silver, Gold or Platinium plan. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Plan. If you chose the plan from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Agent – shows you the name of the broker responsible for the property. To have a broker you should have activated the Pro or Advanced version of your profile. For more information visit ‘DPANEL’ → ‘Status DPanel’. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Agent. If you chose the agent from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Country – shows the state of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Country. If you chose the state from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Region - shows the region of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Region. If you chose the region from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• City - shows the city of the published property. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by City. If you chose the town from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Property Type – shows the type of the property (Apartment, House, Office, Land and more). If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Property Type. If you chose the property type from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Domaza Database – only for users with a Pro account. For more information visit ‘DPANEL’ → ‘Status DPanel’. Shows you whether the ad is in Domaza Database or not. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Domaza Database. If you chose the YES/NO status from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Promote – advertising your property. For more information go to ‘My properties’ → ‘Promote’. You can choose between Silver, Gold and Platinium advertising plan. Properties promoted by the Platinium plan have three stars, those with Gold plan have two and the Silver gives you only one star. The more stars an ad has, the higher it will appear on the Domaza home page. Click on the Promote hyperlink to edit the advertising plan of each ad. From the page that opens, you can select the Domaza Site where you wish your ad to appear, the Plan and Period. In the field Price, automatically will be displayed the end sum to pay. After you have chosen the plan you want click on the ADD icon, then make the necessary payment from the Basket (top right).
• Top – shows you whether the ad is top or not. If the ad is Top it will be visible on the first page of your free website. If you click on the title of the column, you will sort all ads by Top. If you chose the YES/NO status from the drop-down list, you will filter all corresponding ads.
• Edit – if you wish to edit an ad, click on the Edit icon.
• Del – to remove an ad, click on the Delete icon.
